GETTING HERE

Here’s a little bit of info to help you get to Groundswell Festival and get straight into all the action.

Please keep in mind that parking is limited in Scarborough, so we encourage the use of public transport, ride sharing or cycling. Bike racks available just don’t forget your lock…

NOTE: There are road closures on the northern end of The Esplanade (from Scarborough Beach Road to the Lookout only) during the Groundswell Festival 6 – 8 October 2023:

  • Friday 6 October - 9am to 4pm

  • Saturday 7 October - 9am to 4pm

  • Sunday 8 October - 9am to 4pm

BIKE PARKING

We recommend riding your bike into the festival - stretch the legs and take the hassle out of parking! And to that end, we have added additional bike parking at the top of the Scarborough Amphitheatre so you ride straight into the action - BYO locks.

SCOOT YOUR WAY IN

Don’t waste time in traffic - park and scoot! This year we’re partnering with Neuron e-scooters to help you get to and from Scarborough Sunset Markets with priority parking and discounted rides.

Find a Neuron near you via Neuron’s app (available on the App Store or Google Play) or head to a dedicated event station at:

  • Trigg Beach Car Park

  • Stirling Train Station

UBER DROP OFF SUGGESTION

Get dropped off at the eastern side of West Coast Highway to avoid any congestion at peak times.
