Headlined by soaring vocalist and songwriter ANGIE COLMAN with indie-pop/rock sensation KING IBIS, the genre-defying sound and infectious stage presence of SOPHIAN and the exciting pop and RnB sensation TINA ZANDO.

Groundswell LIVE is completely free and the ultimate way to close out a huge day of action. You’ll want to get down early for this one ~ Scarborough Amphitheatre will be absolutely buzzin’ from 3pm to 7pm.

Angie Colman is a singer/songwriter and guitarist from the Perth hills. With soaring vocals and powerful, heartfelt melodies, Angie has captured the hearts of the Perth music community. Lyrically, Angie is relatable, witty and honest, and with the backing of her beautiful band they’ve brought these songs to life on some of the countries most loved stages. They released their latest single as a band, "No Party", in early

2023, and received raving reviews from Triple J Unearthed, Around the Sound and RTRfm. And angie toured nationally with Melody Pool.

KING IBIS

King Ibis, an indie-pop/rock band from Perth, is making waves with their unique West Australian sound. Nominated for multiple WAM awards, they've supported artists like Spacey Jane and Jebediah, and their career highlight to date, Cold Play! Known for sun-bleached rhythms and soaring vocals, their catchy songs combine personal stories with a cheeky sense of humour. Featured as a spotlight artist on Triple J Unearthed, their achievements include Triple J spins, FBI radio rotation, and performances at various festivals. King Ibis is a rising star in the indie music scene, captivating audiences with their unforgettable sound.

SOPHIAN

Sophian is making waves in the Perth music scene with their genre-defying sound and infectious stage presence. Known for sold-out headline shows and being named Triple J Unearthed’s 'Feature Artist of the Week,' they won the 2024 WAM Song of the Year award for their single "Beautiful Day." Frontman Soph Manik leads with raw passion and emotive vocals, alongside Julia Krsanac (Bass), Tyler Vivian (Drums), and Michael Madafferi (Guitar). Influenced by Coldplay and Kings of Leon, they signed with Perfect Pitch Publishing, completed their first Australian tour, and are set to release their debut EP, featuring the track "Million Miles."

TINA ZANDO & THE SITUATION

Born in Zimbabwe and bred in the UK, Tina Zando is dropping jaws across Perth with her incredible set of pipes.

Her sound has its roots in African gospel and is inspired by pop divas like Amy Winehouse and Adele. But Tina is a powerhouse in her right, penning epic pop and RnB tracks that showcase her voice in all its show-stopping glory.

Tina is working with Adrian Dzvuke's former band and the team at Afrotropik records, home to Grace Barbe, Soukouss Internationale and Crucial Rockers. Don’t miss her now – before she’s selling out stadiums.
